📋 Description

• Simultaneously manage 30-40 smaller-scale implementation projects through their full lifecycle for CrowdStrike Platform Services
• Support queue management for on-hold projects to ensure timely resumption and prioritization
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple concurrent implementations
• Coordinate daily with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and manage expectations
• Support technical teams across multiple projects to ensure alignment, resource availability, and timely delivery
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across the entire project portfolio
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and status tracking for numerous concurrent initiatives
• Ensure consistent application of project delivery standards across all smaller-scale implementations
• Work independently with guidance from the broader Project Management Office (PMO)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical implementation teams, and customer representatives
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and context-switch effectively between multiple active projects
• Apply basic understanding of CrowdStrike cybersecurity solutions to support project execution and stakeholder communication
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction
• Contribute to process improvements in project coordination and documentation practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles
• Basic understanding of cyber solutions and security implementations
• Experience with fast-paced, high-volume project environments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on clear, concise updates
• Demonstrated ability to context switch effectively between different projects
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
