📋 Description

• As a Professional Services Consultant at Sift Science, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of fraud detection and prevention solutions for clients, directly contributing to business success and customer trust in a safer digital world.
• Day to day, you will lead project management for fraud solution implementations, coordinate with internal teams, customize Sift’s platform to meet customer needs, deliver training and documentation, present strategies to stakeholders, and prepare performance reports while collaborating across Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Engineering.
• You will join a committed, collaborative, and inclusive team at Sift dedicated to fighting online fraud through innovative AI-powered solutions, fostering creativity and innovation in a remote-first USA environment.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in fraud prevention, strengthen client-facing consulting and project management skills, influence product development through customer feedback, and grow as a trusted advisor in SaaS professional services with exposure to global enterprises and cutting-edge ML-driven fraud technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS
• Experience in fraud detection and prevention
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful fraud prevention projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Technical proficiency in fraud detection tools and technologies, including machine learning, data analytics, REST APIs, JSON, and CRM systems
