- • As a Professional Services Engineer at Cyberhaven, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and integrating Cyberhaven’s AI-powered data security solutions within client environments, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance.
- • You will work directly with clients to understand their technical requirements, analyze log files, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver customized data loss prevention (DLP) policies and dataset solutions tailored to their security needs.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, support, and product to resolve technical escalations, provide training to end users, and serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for maximizing the value of Cyberhaven’s platform.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in endpoint security, cloud infrastructure (particularly Google Cloud), and enterprise security ecosystems while contributing to the success of a fast-growing cybersecurity company backed by top-tier investors.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Delivery Manager, or Professional Services role within the cybersecurity or DLP space, with hands-on experience in endpoint security products.
- • Proven experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, Fortra (Digital Guardian), Trend Micro, Check Point, Next DLP, or Proofpoint.
- • Strong technical background in SaaS-based security, including software debugging, web technologies, APIs, system architecture, network protocols, and proficiency with macOS and Windows enterprise management tools (MDM, SCCM, GPO, Intune, PowerShell).
- • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and data integration techniques.
- • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent certifications/experience.
