- • Join Axon and be a Force for Good. As a Professional Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in deploying, installing, supporting, and implementing Axon solutions to ensure seamless integration into customers’ workflows, directly impacting customer trust, operational efficiency, and revenue recognition while advancing Axon’s mission to Protect Life.
- • Day to day, you will hold Technical Kick Off Calls with customers, liaise post-sale to coordinate project documentation, install and configure Axon hardware and software (cloud and on-prem), provide technical training and demonstrations, develop training content, ensure compliance with data protection laws, collaborate cross-functionally on project status, and maintain deep product knowledge across Axon’s suite.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor degree or higher in IT/Business or relevant professional experience (3+ years in IT Consultancy, Professional Services, Field Services or Sales Engineering)
- • Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems with an understanding of troubleshooting methodologies
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoom, Teams and JIRA
- • Experience simultaneously managing a varied portfolio of implementation projects
- • Proven ability to directly engage/manage both internal and external customer relationships
- • Experience working and supporting law enforcement or public sector clients
