  • • As a Professional Services Specialist (PSS) at Motorola Solutions, you will be an integral part of our sales organization, playing a pivotal role in the successful deployment of our cutting-edge hardware and software solutions for our most strategic accounts.
  • • You will be responsible for setting up, upgrading, and optimizing our Avigilon Alta platform, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their investment. This involves ground-up deployments, executed either on-site or remotely, tailored precisely to meet unique customer requirements in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
  • • Your role will extend to performing comprehensive site audits and system certifications, guaranteeing that installations meet stringent quality and performance standards.
  • • A significant aspect of your responsibilities will involve network configuration and setup, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our solutions within the customer's existing IT infrastructure.
  • • You will be tasked with the intricate configuration of Video Management System (VMS) environments, including the setup and optimization of advanced analytics capabilities to provide deeper insights and enhanced security.
  • • A key part of your contribution will be upskilling our Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end-users through thorough and engaging product training sessions, empowering them with the knowledge to effectively utilize and promote our offerings.
  • • You will conduct compelling in-person and remote product demonstrations, leading technical discussions and articulating the value proposition of our solutions to diverse audiences.
  • • Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with customers and partners will be paramount, fostering trust and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • • You will provide essential support for Sales and System Integrators, both remotely and through on-site visits, leading troubleshooting efforts and delivering critical training.
  • • Collaboration with our Customer Success and Support teams is vital, ensuring a cohesive and effective post-sales support experience for our clients.
  • • You will actively support Sales teams in achieving their sales targets and strategic objectives, acting as a technical advisor and problem-solver throughout the sales cycle.
  • • Proactively engage throughout the entire sales cycle, assisting in the identification of key stakeholders, potential risks, and proposing effective mitigating actions to ensure project success.
  • • You will leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot existing and newly reported customer issues, ensuring swift and high-quality resolutions.
  • • Develop a deep understanding of Motorola Solutions' Video and Access Control product lines, becoming a subject matter expert.
  • • Utilize your strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, prioritizing speed and quality.
  • • Employ well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to document and explain complex technical problems and solutions to customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • • Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure, adeptly multitasking and prioritizing tasks based on business needs.
  • • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and manage customer expectations, even in complex situations, while troubleshooting critical issues.
  • • Demonstrate a passion for technology and a strong aptitude for customer satisfaction, driving a proactive and self-motivated approach to your work.
  • • Utilize your excellent presentation skills to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • • You will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time, visiting customer sites and partner locations to provide hands-on support and training.
  • • Maintain a current, valid driver's license and a valid Passport for international travel within North America.
  • • You will be expected to work flexible hours and shifts as required by business needs and customer demands.
