• • As a Professional Services Strategy & Operations Manager at Kong Inc., you will serve as the operational backbone for scaling the Services organization, driving efficiency and profitability through strategic program execution, systems optimization, and data-driven insights.
• • Day to day, you will streamline workflows, implement automations and AI solutions, support administrative operations like month-end procedures and revenue forecasting, maintain reporting suites for leadership visibility, and partner with Finance and RevOps to align financial planning with company goals.
