Program Consultant

📋 Description

• • As a Program Consultant at CLEAResult, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of projects and programs—both internally and externally—while adhering to program guidelines, operational best practices, and quality standards, supporting a large energy-efficiency program that delivers lighting incentives through midstream and small business direct-install offerings.
• • Day to day, you will develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assessments, provide ongoing review and training to staff, lead implementation of quality-verification assessments, conduct data analysis of quality-assurance activities, perform in-depth audits of program participation, identify opportunities for improved data validation and automation, and engage with external participants such as customers and contractors to schedule quality-assurance activities and share results.
