- • Program Development Director - Platform Services at Awin Group AG, a global affiliate marketing platform connecting advertisers and publishers worldwide. This role is critical as Platform Services serves as the engine room for Awin’s overall growth, responsible for scaling value across thousands of self-service advertisers and ensuring consistent customer outcomes and predictable revenue at scale.
- • Day to day, the role involves overall responsibility for the performance and growth of a client portfolio, leading the department by setting an example and modeling Awin values, developing collaborative relationships with stakeholders in Product, Finance, CRM, and Insights, interpreting data from large portfolios to drive performance strategies, implementing a client partnership model for key customers, identifying high-growth opportunities and risks at the client level, setting department OKRs aligned with Business Unit and Awin Group strategies, devising and presenting strategies and results to internal stakeholders up to Board level, ensuring teams maximize revenue potential from their client base, working with internal stakeholders (P&C, FP&A, Talent) to support team performance and talent management, providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, and troubleshooting to direct reports and broader teams, managing people leadership including development and performance management to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction, and fostering a great workplace aligned with Awin values and its market-leading work environment aspirations.
- • The Platform Services Business Unit is a fast-paced, highly collaborative team within Awin, acting as the growth engine for the company. It works closely with product, CRM, finance, marketing, and group legal teams, and reports directly to the Vice President of the Platform Business Unit, placing the role within the senior management team.
- • In this role, the individual can learn to scale client partnership models across a global affiliate network, refine data-driven strategies for large portfolio performance, influence Board-level decision-making, strengthen cross-functional leadership in a hybrid international environment, deepen expertise in affiliate commercial models and monetization levers, and contribute to building a market-leading, inclusive workplace culture while driving long-term growth for Awin’s most important self-service customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of professional experience in the digital space, with at least 4 years at a senior level within an affiliate network or agency
- • Direct experience working with large clients to bring client-side knowledge into the Business Unit
- • Proven senior-level relationship building, both internally and externally
- • Strong leadership experience managing or leading a team of 20+ people in an international and hybrid setup
- • Strong analytical experience and a data-led decision-making default
- • Commercial orientation and strong strategic awareness
