- • The Program Documentation and Learning Coordinator at Khan Academy India will serve as the internal knowledge hub, synthesizing qualitative insights from state teams into structured, accessible repositories to support strategic decision-making and program improvement.
- • Day to day, the role involves collating and organizing best practices, challenges, and testimonials from state programs; building and maintaining an intuitive knowledge management system; translating insights into engaging communications (emails, newsletters, presentations); and conducting gap analysis to identify missing information and proactively address knowledge gaps.
- • The Partner Operations and Support team operates at the intersection of state teams, capturing on-the-ground insights from educators, administrators, and government officials to inform program strategy and ensure locally relevant, impactful education delivery across India.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in knowledge management, qualitative data synthesis, and stakeholder communication within the education sector, while contributing to the scaling of Khan Academy’s mission to reach underserved learners through localized, accessible content.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, knowledge management, or qualitative research
- • Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of unstructured, qualitative information into clear, actionable insights
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
- • Experience in the Indian education sector is an added advantage
