  • • The Sales and Service Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally across Sales, Service, Finance, and Business Systems to support and enhance the company’s sales operations infrastructure, playing a critical role in ensuring accurate sales compensation, process efficiency, and data-driven decision-making that directly supports Curriculum Associates’ mission to improve K–8 education.
  • • Day to day, the person will calculate and manage sales commissions and incentive-based compensation, build and maintain analytics and reporting, validate data for accuracy, identify process inefficiencies, support automation initiatives using tools like Alteryx and SQL, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across systems.

  • • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in sales compensation and K–8 education operations, gain hands-on experience with data automation and BI tools, contribute to scalable process improvements, and grow their analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills in a purpose-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field required
  • • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, finance, commissions, or related analytical roles
  • • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Alteryx, or similar data/automation tools strongly preferred
  • • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
  • • High attention to detail with a strong track record of accuracy and data validation
  • • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across functions
