📋 Description

• Build the operational engine of the Suno Emerging Creator Program, a 12-week experience for nano and micro creators building careers around content.
• Develop a week-by-week curriculum, guest speaker pipeline, and program infrastructure, including community channels, calendars, and meeting/tech setup.
• Support outreach and sourcing, manage the handpicked invite list, and run logistics for the selection process.
• Determine application approach, launch messaging, and launch-creator partnership.
• Source and negotiate member perks with partner tools and brands.
• Coordinate internal reviews, including legal review of contest mechanics, creator payments, event liability, and minors.
• Own the biweekly programming cadence end-to-end, scheduling, speaker coordination, session production, follow-ups, and track program health.
• Produce the graduation moment, transition the cohort into the alumni network, and deliver a program retro.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years running cohort-based programs, creator/community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series, ideally built from scratch.
• Knowledge of the creator economy, understanding how nano/micro creators think about growth, money, brands, and community.
• Experience producing IRL events; familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools; existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities.
