📋 Description

• • The Program Manager role at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd. is critical to scaling the company’s Onsite Data Collection organization by defining foundational structures, implementing standardized processes, and serving as a thought leader across the enterprise. This role directly supports the delivery of high-quality, scalable AI data solutions for enterprise clients and the Magnificent Seven, enabling faster, safer GenAI deployment.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing multiple data collection projects locally and globally, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (PMs, Delivery Director, HR, finance, IT), setting daily production reporting standards, reviewing key data, managing timekeeping and time-off approvals, driving Lean implementation, monitoring project budgets, approving equipment expenditures, conducting interviews for PM and SPM roles, addressing financial project issues, ensuring process coverage across teams, initiating and implementing process improvements to eliminate waste, and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs related to process flow.

• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in enterprise-scale data collection operations, process optimization, cross-functional leadership, and client relationship management within the AI data lifecycle. They will gain hands-on experience driving Lean and Six Sigma-inspired efficiencies, managing multi-million-dollar project budgets, and influencing organizational standards that impact global data delivery—positioning them as a leader in AI operations and program management.
