📋 Description

• The Program Manager role at Press Ganey Associates, LLC is critical to delivering high-impact client projects that drive improvements in human experience across complex industries, particularly healthcare and health plans. This role ensures the successful design, execution, and reporting of Member Experience programs, directly contributing to client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Day to day, the Program Manager will manage project timelines, lead kickoff calls, track response rates and sampling, update survey designs and dashboards, build and maintain client relationships, identify and mitigate risks, support service recovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while mentoring junior staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement, project management, or experience improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, strategic client projects
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
