- • The Senior Business Process Owner is responsible for continuously optimizing and modernizing operational workflows across the full title insurance lifecycle, from order opening through post-closing and policy issuance, applying a data-driven, first-principles approach to simplify, standardize, and improve processes while owning specific process domains and driving them toward scalable, automated solutions.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and evolving enterprise-critical process domains, partnering with functional and cross-functional teams to reimagine and streamline workflows, translating operational needs into scalable digital-first solutions, leveraging production data and root cause analysis to diagnose issues and measure performance, developing and governing standardized process documentation, embedding compliance and regulatory requirements into process design, acting as a final decision-maker for process design standards, and leading cross-functional alignment to drive adoption of standardized workflows.
