- • Program Manager-3 at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd. is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and scaling the foundational structure of the Onsite Data Collection organization, directly enabling the company’s mission to deliver safe, scalable AI deployment for enterprise clients and the Magnificent Seven through high-quality, contextual, multilingual datasets and industry-specific LLMs.
- • The role is pivotal in bridging operational execution with client success, ensuring that data collection initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — directly contributing to Centific’s zero-distance innovation™ solutions that reduce GenAI costs by up to 80% and accelerate time-to-market by 50%.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing multiple data collection projects locally and globally, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, project managers (PMs), senior project managers (SPMs), and the Delivery Director to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- • The Program Manager sets and enforces daily production reporting standards, reviews critical data outputs, compiles and approves timekeeping records, manages time-off requests, and monitors project budgets to ensure financial accountability and resource efficiency.
- • They lead client-facing engagements, conducting regular updates, negotiating project specifics, and strengthening long-term relationships by serving as the trusted advisor on data requirements and delivery outcomes.
- • The role drives Lean implementation and continuous process improvement by identifying waste, initiating workflow optimizations in data sourcing, labeling, and QA, and ensuring improvements are adopted across teams.
- • They approve equipment requests and spending, conduct interviews for PM and SPM-level positions, make hiring decisions, and mentor team members to ensure role clarity and process adherence.
- • The Program Manager reviews End of Day (EOD) reports, tracks KPIs across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, and ensures all performance targets are met or exceeded to maintain service excellence.
- • They collaborate with horizontal functions including recruitment, HR, finance, and IT to resolve cross-functional dependencies and ensure seamless program execution.
- • The individual contributes innovative ideas around automation, workflow design, and scalability, directly influencing the evolution of Centific’s data collection infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience in project and resource management, preferably in technology, data, or AI-related environments.
- • Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, approve expenditures, and oversee timekeeping and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- • Experience with Mac OS and proficiency in using digital tools for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
- • Strong problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented approach to triaging technical issues, managing risks, and driving process improvements.
- • Prior experience in data collection, data labeling, or AI training data workflows is highly desirable.
