- • Lead end-to-end program management for product go-to-market (GTM) launches, feature releases, and major version deployments across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Enablement, and Operations.
- • Build and manage integrated GTM plans that define launch scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, and success criteria to ensure coordinated readiness across all functions.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment on launch deliverables, ensuring timely completion with clear accountability, escalation paths, and communication cadences.
- • Coordinate internal and external launch communications, enablement planning, release calendars, and stakeholder updates to maintain transparency and momentum.
- • Own the program structure for product version releases from initial planning through release readiness and post-release retrospectives, ensuring documentation, training, and support materials are finalized prior to launch.
- • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align release timelines, decision points, and governance checkpoints, maintaining consistency across release cycles.
- • Establish and maintain release governance frameworks, including checklists, readiness reviews, and risk mitigation plans to ensure predictable and high-quality releases.
- • Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in GTM and release processes, then design and implement scalable workflows, templates, and operating rhythms to improve execution quality.
- • Standardize best practices for status reporting, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination to increase organizational maturity and reduce friction.
- • Define and monitor KPIs related to launch readiness, release quality, process efficiency, and operational predictability to measure program success.
- • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new tools (e.g., Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Confluence) to enhance GTM execution and release management workflows.
- • Coordinate rollout plans, testing, training, documentation, and change management for newly adopted tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- • Track tool adoption rates, process impact, and optimization opportunities to continuously improve efficiency and scalability of operations.
- • Serve as the central coordination point for senior stakeholders, creating executive-ready dashboards, risk summaries, and status updates to inform decision-making.
- • Drive organizational adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working through change management, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication.
- • Apply Agile program management, stage-gate planning, release governance, RACI models, risk tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies to tailor processes to business needs.
- • Conduct post-release retrospectives to capture lessons learned and institutionalize improvements for future launches and releases.
- • Maintain operational rigor with attention to detail, bias for action, and a focus on continuous improvement across all program activities.
- • Report to the Head of Program Management and collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Enablement teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, GTM Program Management, Release Management, or a related function
- • Proven experience leading cross-functional go-to-market programs and product or version release cycles
- • Strong background in managing complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
- • Experience building and improving business processes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
