- • As a Program Manager at Realfast LLC, you will own delivery orchestration on client engagements, ensuring the right things happen in the right order by managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources so consultants and engineers can focus on execution.
- • You will drive delivery planning and execution by owning delivery plans, driving cadence with clients, tracking progress, coordinating across engineering, consulting, QA, and client teams, and using AI tools to automate status synthesis and reporting.
- • You will manage risk and dependencies by identifying cross-workstream dependencies, maintaining a live risk register, managing scope boundaries, and navigating resource conflicts across concurrent engagements.
- • You will serve as the delivery point of contact for clients, run structured delivery communications, hold delivery accountability, and coordinate handover and transition planning.
- • You will support discovery by facilitating stakeholder sessions, documenting requirements, and translating outputs into actionable milestones and resource plans.
- • You will improve delivery processes, configure and maintain project management tooling, and contribute to scalable delivery standards across engagements.
- • You will work in an AI-native environment where AI is used to synthesize updates, track risks, draft communications, and eliminate overhead, enabling faster delivery of production-ready solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in project or program management, delivery management, or technical program management
- • Track record of owning delivery end-to-end on cross-functional projects, driving execution beyond tracking
- • Experience managing delivery for external clients, not only internal stakeholders
- • Active AI practitioner who uses AI tools daily for status synthesis, risk tracking, communication drafting, and delivery automation
- • Clear, structured communication across client stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership, with ability to write crisp escalation briefs and status updates
