Program Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Program Manager at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will deliver onboarding, enablement, and advisory support to customers across the full lifecycle of their compliance journey with Elliptic products, working primarily with regulated financial institutions, crypto-native organisations, and fintechs to operationalise financial crime compliance programs and navigate crypto asset regulatory obligations.
• • You will lead deployment and configuration of Elliptic’s compliance and blockchain analytics solutions, facilitate customer onboarding and enablement sessions, deliver tailored advisory services on crypto transaction monitoring and regulatory obligations (e.g., Travel Rule, crypto AML), own and manage engagements to ensure delivery of scoped milestones within timelines and SLAs, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for smooth handover and product feedback, and contribute to internal knowledge development by sharing client insights and updating methodologies.
• • You will join a fast-paced, build-phase product company focused on blockchain analytics and compliance solutions, where you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure client success, drive adoption, and support long-term customer outcomes through hands-on implementation and strategic advisory.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in crypto compliance, financial crime risk management, and blockchain analytics; strengthen project coordination and stakeholder communication skills; contribute to scalable delivery methodologies; and gain experience influencing product evolution through client feedback, all while building trusted relationships with compliance, risk, and operational leaders in the financial technology sector.
