📋 Description

• As a Program Manager at Swarmer AI Inc., you will drive complex product and engineering initiatives across multiple teams, domains, vendors, and stakeholders in a high-pressure defense-tech environment where your work directly enables autonomous drone systems for democratic nations’ defense.
• You will own delivery planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives, translate strategic goals into milestones and workstreams, coordinate dependencies between engineering, field operations, sales, and external partners, and maintain transparent program reporting on status, risks, and blockers.
• Swarmer AI Inc. is a Ukrainian defense technology company that develops autonomous drone software battle-tested in Ukraine, became the first Ukrainian defense startup to go public on NASDAQ in March 2026, and builds systems that enable democratic nations to defend themselves through engineering rigor and frontline realism.
• You will build and evolve lightweight program management practices, help leadership see real-time project status, gain direct exposure to real users and operational constraints, and shape how programs are managed as the company scales in a mission-driven, high-ownership culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery management, technical program management, or similar roles
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering teams
• Strong ability to structure chaos: define plans, owners, dependencies, timelines, risks, and follow-up mechanisms
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: align product, engineering, business, operations, and leadership around one execution picture
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ukrainian language proficiency
