📋 Description

• Program Manager at Swarmer AI Inc. drives complex product and engineering initiatives across multiple teams, domains, vendors, and stakeholders in a high-pressure defense-tech environment.
• Owns delivery planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives, translates strategic goals into milestones and workstreams, coordinates dependencies, creates transparent program reporting, drives syncs and escalations, clarifies scope and readiness, identifies bottlenecks, supports demos and field tests, ensures commitments are tracked, builds lightweight program management practices, and helps leadership see real-time progress and blockers.
• Works at the intersection of engineering rigor and frontline reality, developing autonomous drone software battle-tested in Ukraine, enabling democratic nations to defend themselves through resilient systems with direct impact.
• Joins a mission-driven, high-ownership culture where initiative and execution matter more than bureaucracy, collaborating closely with founders, engineers, product leaders, and field teams to shape program management practices as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery management, technical program management, or similar roles
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving engineering teams
• Strong ability to structure chaos: define plans, owners, dependencies, timelines, risks, and follow-up mechanisms
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: align product, engineering, business, operations, and leadership around one execution picture
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ukrainian language proficiency
