- • The Program Manager AI Adoption & Enablement will lead employee adoption, engagement, and operational enablement efforts related to AI technologies across the Lender Division, helping teams understand, adopt, and effectively utilize AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading AI awareness and adoption initiatives, coordinating cross-functional programs, managing timelines and deliverables, facilitating stakeholder meetings, supporting training material development, gathering employee feedback, and ensuring responsible AI usage standards and governance practices are maintained.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in AI enablement, change management, and operational transformation within financial services, gain experience coordinating governance and compliance for AI initiatives, and drive measurable improvements in employee adoption and operational efficiency through scalable AI frameworks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field.
- • 3–6+ years of experience in program management, employee enablement, operational coordination, change management, training coordination, or related roles.
- • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business stakeholders.
- • Strong communication, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, training efforts, or employee engagement programs.
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
