- • As a Program Manager for AMD at MarketStar, you will drive strategic initiatives and corporate operations projects that directly impact sales performance and business efficiency, serving as a critical liaison between sales and internal teams to identify, enhance, and scale best practices.
- • Day to day, you will manage project scope, schedule, and budget using standard program management methods; document project plans and artifacts; collaborate with internal support organizations and program leaders; interface with clients to determine scope and requirements; organize resources to solve complex problems; coordinate resources and support deployment of sales technology; partner with Sales Leadership to improve processes and systems; coordinate with sales operations and enablement to build division-wide best practices; evaluate priorities through observation and analysis; establish operational excellence by executing on key initiatives; gather and rollout attainment trends; communicate effectively with leadership and client contacts; collaborate with support teams to deliver cohesive solutions; focus on strategic projects while managing stakeholder expectations; approach problems methodically and analytically; and perform other related duties as assigned.
