📋 Description
- • The Program Manager – Data & End-to-End Capability Delivery will lead a major, complex, data-driven execution of end-to-end business capabilities across multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of integrated solutions beyond isolated project tasks.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional programs; translating business strategy into executable plans; managing backlogs, epics, dependencies, resourcing, risks, and change requests; supporting UAT and business readiness; coordinating business, data, product, operations, and technology teams; driving requirement alignment and gap analysis; escalating blockers; and managing program governance, milestones, status reporting, and executive updates.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, product delivery, digital transformation, and business/technology implementation
- • Experience in complex enterprise environments, preferably within Banking & Finance
- • Strong understanding of data-driven delivery, cross-functional planning, and stakeholder management
- • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority
- • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and AI tools
