• • The Data Operations team is at the heart of Campus's operational excellence, working cross-functionally to design, scale, and optimize the systems that support our students throughout their entire academic journey, from initial enrollment to successful graduation. Our responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including advanced analytics, process automation, and strategic program management. We are dedicated to ensuring that Campus operates with the utmost efficiency, reliability, and with the student experience as our paramount concern.
• • As a Program Manager on the Data Operations team, you will be instrumental in translating strategic objectives into tangible execution. You will leverage data to drive continuous improvements in student outcomes, enhance team effectiveness, and optimize operational efficiency across the organization. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day operational reality, ensuring that our systems and processes are robust, scalable, and student-centric.
• • You will be responsible for owning medium-sized, cross-functional initiatives from their inception through to successful delivery. This includes meticulous planning, proactive dependency management, and rigorous execution to ensure that all projects achieve high-quality outcomes. A key aspect of this role will be defining and measuring the impact of these initiatives against clearly established success metrics, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of your work.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve deep dives into operational, student, and people data. You will be tasked with analyzing this data to identify underlying root causes of challenges, surface critical insights, and inform strategic prioritization and the implementation of targeted interventions. These interventions will focus on key areas such as student retention, academic throughput, quality assurance, and overall operational efficiency.
• • You will act as a central point of coordination, aligning diverse teams including Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations. Your ability to foster collaboration and drive consensus will be crucial in moving complex projects forward effectively and efficiently.
• • A critical responsibility will be to anticipate potential risks, identify blockers, and navigate trade-offs. You will be empowered to make decisive actions and escalate issues when necessary to ensure project momentum and success.
