- • As a Program Manager supporting Dropbox Inside Sales Team at MarketStar, you will drive customer success outcomes, optimize program performance, and enable revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while building a world-class Customer Success function.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with client and internal teams, identify improvement opportunities, implement strategic recommendations, monitor performance metrics, coach and mentor team members, and orchestrate human and tech engagement to maximize productivity and customer lifetime value.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, customer success, or account management experience
- • 3+ years of frontline leadership experience; 1+ year of second level leadership preferred
- • Strong familiarity with chat platforms and demonstrated success managing sales chat teams
- • Experience managing global teams across multiple regions and time zones (preferred)
- • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to analyze data to determine business decisions
