- • As the Program Manager for Early Talent at Zillow Group, Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization by owning, designing, and innovating Zillow’s internship program. This pivotal role involves leading the comprehensive rebuild and modernization of the intern experience, establishing robust frameworks, streamlined processes, and engaging programming designed to foster a strong sense of belonging, accelerate learning, and promote professional growth across a distributed workforce.
- • You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, Learning & Development specialists, and People teams, to architect scalable and impactful experiences that authentically reflect Zillow’s unique CloudHQ culture. Your efforts will be crucial in strengthening our early-career talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent and connected journey from internship to full-time roles.
- • A core responsibility will be to create a seamless and enriching intern journey, meticulously guiding participants from initial onboarding through comprehensive learning modules, meaningful mentorship opportunities, engaging activities, and ultimately, conversion to full-time positions. This end-to-end ownership ensures that early-career talent is set up for sustained success within Zillow.
- • You will partner strategically with Learning & Development and various business leaders to seamlessly integrate professional development and essential skills-building into the program. By actively soliciting and analyzing feedback, alongside leveraging program data and metrics, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure the program remains relevant and effective.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves cross-functional collaboration to align all early-career pathways. This ensures a cohesive and connected experience for all emerging talent, bridging the gap between internship experiences and the expectations and opportunities within full-time roles.
- • You will play a key role in influencing the design and development of not only the internship program but also full-time emerging talent and rotational programs. Your contributions will directly accelerate the growth of early-career professionals and enhance their business impact.
