- • Develop and maintain meaningful dashboards for executive-level updates and project status reporting, providing real-time insights into program progress and key performance indicators.
- • Collaborate with project teams to generate reports for ongoing analytics post-project implementation, enabling continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- • Create and deliver best-practice guidance and training information to indirect reports, peers, and other employees, enhancing team capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- • Partner with the dedicated training team to create and review training materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in knowledge transfer.
- • Prepare and deliver essential documentation for Program Steering Committees, presenting to the Executive team to secure buy-in and strategic direction.
- • Work closely with functional business team leaders to proactively assess program risks, identifying potential challenges and escalating issues as needed to the appropriate leadership levels.
- • Proactively manage critical program areas, including risk assessment, budget and forecast management, and dependency tracking, to ensure smooth project progression.
- • Conduct strategic analysis of potential business and/or operational opportunities, identifying areas for growth and efficiency improvements.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for project issues and risks, working directly with project teams to devise effective resolution strategies and create robust risk mitigation plans.
- • Escalate well-formulated issues and risks to leadership with clear recommendations, ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
- • Effectively communicate complex business and technology issues and their corresponding solutions to diverse stakeholders, bridging gaps between technical and business teams.
