- ⢠As a Program Manager, Learning for Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful launch of the companyâs new Arizona pharmacy facility by orchestrating all learning workstreams from SOP publication to training readiness, directly impacting operational readiness and compliance in a high-stakes healthcare environment.
- ⢠You will drive end-to-end coordination of learning initiatives across seven specialized departmentsâDispense, Fulfillment, PIT, Non-Sterile Compounding, Sterile Compounding, Automation, and Facilitiesâensuring that training materials are developed, reviewed, validated, and deployed on schedule to support a seamless facility launch.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project timelines using Asana, Smartsheets, and Google Workspace; prioritizing and sequencing work for content designers and contractors; implementing rigorous quality assurance processes for training materials; and facilitating alignment meetings with 20+ subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and operational relevance.
- ⢠You will guide the creation of visual training guides, competency assessments, and knowledge checks based on SOPs, determine appropriate enrollment strategies for different learner groups, and ensure all training content aligns with regulatory standards and facility launch requirements.
- ⢠Acting as the central hub between SMEs, content developers, and the future site learning team, you will manage stakeholder expectations, mitigate risks and dependencies proactively, maintain transparent reporting dashboards, and prepare comprehensive handoff documentation to ensure continuity post-launch.
- ⢠You will partner closely with vendors and contractors supporting content development, translate complex technical and procedural information into clear training objectives, and provide regular status updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- ⢠The role operates in a hybrid format requiring up to three days per week onsite in the Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona area, offering flexibility to balance remote work with essential in-person collaboration during critical phases of the facility standup.

- ⢠5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in learning & development, operations launch, or organizational change
- ⢠Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities
- ⢠Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and quality
- ⢠Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Smartsheets, Google Workspace)
- ⢠Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences
