- • Serve as the PMO for the Major Projects organization, owning project governance, execution standards, and performance transparency to ensure consistent delivery of critical power, heating, cooling, and air solutions across global operations.
- • Define, maintain, and enforce standard project management methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting requirements while leading recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of Project Managers and Coordinators.
- • Provide program-level oversight across schedule, cost, scope, risk, and change management, and own financial performance including margin protection, cost control, forecasting, and cash flow.
- • Oversee resource planning and capacity management across the Major Projects portfolio, mentoring and developing project professionals to strengthen organizational capability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management
- • Prior experience managing Project Managers and Project Coordinators required
- • Demonstrated experience operating within or leading a PMO function strongly preferred
- • Expertise in project lifecycle and portfolio management, PMO governance, schedule/cost/change control, and risk identification and mitigation
- • Strong financial and commercial acumen
