- • Program Manager, Q&R Digital role drives high-impact, large-scale projects from concept to completion within Avantor's Global Operations-Quality Systems group, ensuring alignment with business strategy and delivering results through effective collaboration and influence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex programs; developing and managing program roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, and timelines; serving as primary liaison between Q&R business stakeholders and IT; overseeing workstream leads; facilitating cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, IT, and external partners; establishing program governance, risk management, and change control processes; tracking and reporting progress to senior leadership; supporting organizational change management and system implementation; preparing communications and presentations; and continuously improving program management practices.
- • The team operates within Avantor’s Global Operations-Quality Systems group, a global organization of 14,000+ associates focused on advancing life-changing science through innovation in patient treatments, medical devices, and scientific discovery, with a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and career growth.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in program management methodologies, strengthen stakeholder engagement and communication skills, gain deep experience in regulated environments and digital transformation initiatives (eQMS, PLM, RIMS, SAP, AI), enhance leadership and mentoring capabilities, and contribute to the evolution of Avantor’s Q&R Digital team while driving meaningful impact on global quality and regulatory operations.
