Program Manager - Real Estate

📋 Description

• • This Program Manager role supports the people, operations, and projects of Bon Secours Mercy Health’s corporate real estate team across transaction management, ambulatory facility management, and portfolio administration, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of real estate initiatives critical to the organization’s mission.
• • Day to day, the person will support the Director of Real Estate Strategic Planning in research, analysis, and document management for key projects; assist with in-house real estate transactions from mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions; field inquiries from markets and third-party transaction managers on lease language, operating expenses, and landlord matters; champion real estate policies from the BSMH Real Estate Manual; and independently execute a wide range of corporate real estate tasks in a fully remote environment.
• • The team operates within the SS Real Estate & Const - Real Estate & Facilities department of Bon Secours Mercy Health, a large, mission-driven healthcare organization committed to equity, well-being, and operational excellence across multiple states.
• • In this role, the person can develop deep expertise in healthcare real estate operations, strengthen project management and stakeholder coordination skills, gain proficiency in real estate transaction processes and policy implementation, and grow professionally through tuition assistance and continuing education support while contributing to strategic facility planning in a major health system.
