• • As Program Manager, Talent Management at Arc'teryx Equipment Inc., you will join a passionate and dynamic Global Talent Management & People Strategy Team responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling core talent management programs that support organizational growth and strategic alignment.
• • Day to day, you will design, implement, and manage talent management initiatives including performance management, talent and succession planning, career development, and workforce planning, ensuring programs are scalable, effective, and aligned with business strategy across global and regional teams.
• • You will partner with the People and Culture (P&C) team, which collaborates with all business units to drive evolution in people practices, foster trust, build rapport, and maintain organizational partnership through data-informed, culturally aware talent strategies.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic talent management, gain experience in global HR program design and execution, and contribute to building a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent while advancing your leadership in people strategy.
