📋 Description
- • Own and drive the end-to-end talent management product lifecycle, from strategy and design through execution and optimization.
- • Partner with HR, recruiting, and learning & development teams to align talent programs with business goals.
- • Define talent architecture, competencies, and success metrics that scale across the organization.
- • Build scalable systems for onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- • Use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement.
- • Ensure talent initiatives are compliant, equitable, and aligned with DEI and organizational values.
- • Drive adoption and engagement of talent programs through communication, training, and change management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational development.
- • Proven success designing and launching talent programs in fast-growing or enterprise environments.
- • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, learning systems, and HR technology stacks.
- • Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS, or similar platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change through data-backed insights.
