- • As a Programmatic Campaign Manager at Jane Technologies, you will step into a pivotal new role within our hyper-growth team, offering significant potential for career advancement and ongoing professional development. This position is instrumental in driving revenue growth by taking ownership of the end-to-end execution of programmatic advertising campaigns. You will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing campaigns to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets, directly contributing to the success of our retail and brand partners.
- • Your core responsibility will be the accurate setup and seamless launch of programmatic campaigns within a Demand-Side Platform (DSP). This involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure all targeting parameters, creative assets, and budget allocations are correctly configured before going live. You will be the guardian of campaign integrity from inception.
- • A critical aspect of this role is real-time campaign optimization. You will continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to bids, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. This proactive approach is essential for achieving peak performance, ensuring optimal delivery, and driving incremental revenue for our clients and for Jane.
- • You will serve as a key liaison with our DSP partners. This involves troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise, actively participating in beta testing new platform features, and working collaboratively to strengthen the overall campaign infrastructure. Your insights will be invaluable in enhancing the capabilities of our programmatic solutions.
- • Performance analysis is central to your role. You will meticulously monitor and analyze campaign health, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Based on your findings, you will provide actionable recommendations to drive incremental revenue and ensure the success of our partners. This analytical rigor will be a cornerstone of your contribution.
- • Collaboration is key to success at Jane. You will partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, and Product. Your role will involve translating customer feedback and market insights into prioritized requirements for new features, enhanced support, and compelling marketing collateral. 🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- • 2+ years of operational experience working with a Demand-Side Platform (DSP).
- • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and ad tech, with a deep understanding of programmatic deployment, optimizations, and measurement.
- • Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
- • Ability to work remotely, both autonomously and closely with your team.
- • Strong communication and project management skills.
