- • Support programmatic account managers and director across all stages of campaign delivery, from brief to billing, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality execution.
- • Respond to client briefs by demonstrating how billups’ proprietary AI and programmatic OOH solutions can achieve campaign goals and drive measurable impact.
- • Set up and manage programmatic Out-of-Home (OOH) campaigns using DSPs and billups’ proprietary platform, applying targeting criteria to meet performance expectations.
- • Proactively monitor campaign performance and pacing across all delivery systems, identifying issues and implementing reactive optimizations in real time.
- • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly campaign reports that track progress against KPIs and deliver actionable performance insights.
- • Analyze live campaign data to produce end-of-campaign reports, maximizing yield and ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- • Assist in reconciling campaign spend accurately and promptly within finance systems at month-end.
- • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and consolidate disparate analytical data into clear, actionable business insights.
- • Contribute to pipeline management by maintaining accurate forecasts and ensuring the team has visibility into upcoming campaigns.
- • Build compelling case studies to support revenue generation and enhance client acquisition efforts.
- • Champion billups’ product offering by deeply understanding features, benefits, and competitive differentiators versus market alternatives.
- • Collaborate with the Trading team to execute media supply and demand tactics, including media owner selection, pricing, and volume planning.
- • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, tailoring messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations confidently in meetings and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- • Demonstrate numerical literacy and data-driven decision-making in all aspects of campaign analysis and optimization.
- • Work autonomously with a self-starter mindset, challenging the status quo and proposing innovative improvements to workflows and processes.
- • Maintain resilience under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and resolve conflicts through influence and negotiation.
- • Learn and adopt new internal technologies and systems rapidly, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in programmatic advertising or digital media buying, preferably in Out-of-Home (OOH) or connected media
- • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for campaign reporting and client presentations
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimizations
- • Experience using DSPs and proprietary advertising platforms
- • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- • Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
