  • • This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and analytical individual to join Billups LLC as a Programmatic Executive, playing a pivotal role in the planning and execution of cutting-edge out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns.
  • • Billups is at the forefront of transforming the OOH landscape, leveraging patented analytics and measurement platforms to deliver unparalleled performance for advertisers and agencies in the digital age. We are a leading independent OOH specialist with a growing presence across North America and the EMEA region, dedicated to harnessing the power of places to connect brands with their consumers.
  • • As a Programmatic Executive, you will be an integral part of our programmatic teams, providing comprehensive support to Account Managers and Directors across all campaign lifecycle stages, from initial brief to final billing.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions, including contributing to compelling responses to client briefs by articulating how Billups' innovative products and services can effectively meet their objectives and drive success within the programmatic OOH space.
  • • A core aspect of this role involves the hands-on setup of programmatic campaigns. You will utilize a diverse array of targeting criteria across various delivery systems, including leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and our proprietary in-house platform, ensuring that campaigns are meticulously configured to achieve and exceed performance expectations.
  • • You will be entrusted with the crucial task of monitoring and analyzing live campaign performance on a weekly basis, providing in-depth insights and comprehensive end-of-campaign reports that demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • • This role also presents a unique opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency by identifying potential automation opportunities for manual processes and developing innovative methods to consolidate disparate analytical information into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • • In terms of Campaign Delivery, you will initially assist, with a clear trajectory towards achieving full autonomy, in managing campaigns from the initial brief through to the final billing stage. This involves ensuring that every phase of campaign delivery is executed punctually, with unwavering accuracy, and to the highest possible standard of quality.
  • • You will be expected to proactively monitor all facets of a campaign’s delivery, paying close attention to both performance metrics and pacing across all relevant platforms, to ensure optimal campaign health.
  • • A key responsibility will be reactive campaign optimization, addressing and resolving any problems or issues that may arise swiftly and effectively to maintain campaign integrity and performance.
  • • You will also assist in ensuring that campaigns are reconciled promptly and accurately within our finance systems at the end of each month, contributing to seamless financial operations.
  • • Furthermore, you will contribute your insights and efforts towards crafting persuasive and compelling responses to client briefs, showcasing Billups' capabilities and value proposition.
  • • For Campaign Reporting, you will be responsible for creating detailed campaign reports that clearly illustrate progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing clients with transparent and data-driven updates.
  • • You will produce regular performance analyses, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, to track campaign trajectory and identify trends.
  • • A primary objective will be to meet agreed-upon campaign performance KPIs and to maximize yield wherever appropriate, ensuring the financial success of our clients' campaigns.
  • • In the realm of Product and Pipeline management, you will utilize pipeline management tools to maintain a clear and up-to-date view of upcoming campaigns, facilitating effective resource allocation and planning.
  • • You will play a role in building impactful case studies that highlight successful campaigns and contribute to additional revenue generation by showcasing our expertise and results.
  • • A crucial part of your development will be to deeply understand, clearly articulate, and enthusiastically champion the full spectrum of Billups' product offerings to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • • You will also cultivate a strong understanding of our competitive landscape, analyzing how our unique selling propositions (USPs) differentiate us from competitors and identifying areas of competitive advantage.
  • • Regarding Media Supply Optimization, you will assist in determining optimal Media Owner selection, pricing strategies, and volume allocations to ensure the most effective use of media spend.
  • • You will liaise closely with the Trading team to execute supply and demand tactics as required, ensuring efficient media acquisition and placement.
  • • You will learn to monitor campaigns diligently, developing a foundational understanding of basic pacing and optimization techniques, and communicating clearly about performance, flagging any simple issues to the team for prompt attention.
  • • You will be responsible for pulling and organizing data for reports, learning to communicate basic campaign outcomes effectively and preparing thoroughly for potential client questions, demonstrating a growing command of campaign analysis and client communication.
