- • The Programmatic Executive supports the Programmatic Team’s Account Managers and Director in executing and optimizing digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising campaigns, playing a key role in delivering measurable results for clients through data-driven execution and campaign management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to campaign briefs, setting up programmatic campaigns using DSPs and proprietary platforms, monitoring and pacing live campaigns, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, contributing to reporting and analysis, supporting client management, identifying upsell opportunities, and assisting with campaign reconciliation and media supply optimization.
- • Billups LLC is a global leader in out-of-home advertising, specializing in programmatic OOH solutions that combine data, technology, and creative strategy to deliver impactful campaigns across markets; the Toronto team operates within a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation and client success.
- • In this role, you will develop strong analytical and campaign management skills, gain deep expertise in programmatic OOH and media strategies, enhance your proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data storytelling, and build cross-functional collaboration abilities while contributing to high-visibility campaigns that drive client growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–2 years of experience in a relevant role with evidence of data-driven decision-making and analysis
- • Strong knowledge of the OOH industry and OOH media strategies (preferred)
- • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations
- • Ability to learn quickly, think on your feet, and solve problems proactively
- • Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills
- • Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly
