  • • As a Programmatic Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of delivering tangible revenue growth for B2B clients, moving beyond traditional lead generation to focus on pipeline acceleration and SQL generation. This pivotal role is integral to our mission of building high-performing marketing engines that drive significant impact in the SaaS and B2B technology sectors. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing cutting-edge programmatic strategies, leveraging advanced methodologies like Customer Generation to cut through market noise and achieve measurable business outcomes. Your expertise will directly contribute to scaling brands that are serious about growth, ensuring our clients achieve their most ambitious objectives.
  • • In this dynamic, client-facing position, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of programmatic campaigns. This includes developing bespoke client strategies, meticulously planning and setting up campaigns across a variety of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, and integrating both first-party and third-party data to achieve precise audience targeting and segmentation. You will be tasked with the continuous monitoring and optimization of campaigns to meet and exceed performance and pacing goals, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness. A key aspect of your role will involve generating and analyzing detailed performance reports, extracting actionable insights, and formulating strategic recommendations for clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for swiftly identifying and resolving any issues that may arise concerning campaign performance or delivery, maintaining seamless operations.
  • • You will also play a crucial role in fostering strong team collaboration. This involves working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to guarantee a cohesive and integrated campaign execution. Your ability to communicate effectively and align efforts across different departments will be vital to the overall success of client initiatives. A solid understanding of how programmatic channels interact with other paid and organic marketing efforts to collectively surpass client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential. Furthermore, success in this role requires a demonstrated ability to drive programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients, managing budgets exceeding $50,000 per month. Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset are critical for balancing multiple projects effectively and ensuring campaign success. The ability to collaborate effectively both internally and externally, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, will be key to building strong relationships and driving project outcomes. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies (bonus B2B experience).
  • • Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360.
  • • Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
  • • Strong understanding and perspective of how programmatic and other channels (both paid and organic) work together to holistically surpass client KPIs.
  • • Experience successfully driving programmatic growth across clients in the B2B/SaaS landscape with budgets over $50k/month.
  • • Strong cross-collaboration skills, both within the organization and externally (client-facing), with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • • Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing multiple projects effectively.
  • • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
