  • • This Programmatic Trader (Remote US) role, internally recognized as an Account Strategist, Programmatic, is a pivotal, client-facing position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive day-to-day management of our Programmatic clients. This includes, but is not limited to, the meticulous build-out of campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts, and detailed reporting across all Programmatic channels such as Display, Native, Video, and Audio. A key aspect of this role involves creating and managing bespoke client strategies, fostering strong communication channels with both clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
  • • **Campaign Management Excellence:**
  • • **Strategic Development:** You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to conceptualize and develop holistic media strategies that are precisely aligned with overarching client objectives and business goals.
  • • **Data-Driven Targeting:** You will expertly leverage both first-party and third-party data sources to define, segment, and target audiences with unparalleled precision, ensuring maximum campaign relevance and efficiency.
  • • **Platform Expertise & Setup:** You will be responsible for the planning and meticulous setup of programmatic campaigns across leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), with a strong emphasis on platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, while also being adaptable to other relevant DSPs.
  • • **Continuous Optimization:** You will proactively monitor campaign performance in real-time, implementing strategic adjustments and optimizations to ensure campaign goals, pacing, and budget utilization are consistently met and exceeded.
  • • **Insightful Reporting:** You will generate comprehensive performance reports, delving deep into the data to extract actionable insights and provide clear, strategic recommendations for continuous improvement and future planning.
  • • **Proactive Troubleshooting:** You will possess the agility to swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve any issues that may arise concerning campaign performance, delivery, or technical configurations.

You will be instrumental in building and scaling successful programmatic strategies that directly contribute to our clients' revenue generation and growth objectives. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic media buying and strategy, ideally within an agency, publisher, or ad tech environment.
  • • Hands-on expertise in building and optimizing campaigns within major DSPs, with a strong preference for experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
  • • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute programmatic media plans, including the creation of measurement frameworks to assess campaign success against client KPIs.
  • • Solid understanding of how programmatic advertising integrates with other marketing channels (paid and organic) to achieve holistic client objectives.
  • • Experience successfully managing and growing programmatic campaigns for B2B or SaaS clients with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000.
  • • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external clients.
  • • Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
