đź“‹ Description
- • ICF International, Inc. is a global advisory and technology services provider that combines deep expertise with innovative technology to help clients solve complex challenges, drive change, and shape the future. As a Project Analyst/Manager (Salesforce), you will play a critical role in delivering technology-enabled solutions that support mission-critical initiatives for federal, state, and commercial clients, ensuring projects are executed with precision, alignment to business goals, and measurable impact.
- • You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, translating requirements into actionable plans, managing Salesforce implementation lifecycles, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards—directly contributing to ICF’s mission of empowering organizations through technology and insight.
- • Day to day, you will: gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders; configure and customize Salesforce applications (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to meet client needs; develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Agile and Waterfall methodologies; facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives; track progress against milestones and escalate risks or blockers promptly; conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate training sessions for end-users; produce clear, concise documentation including process flows, user guides, and change management materials; collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with solution design; monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics to leadership and clients; and continuously improve processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements based on Salesforce best practices and platform updates.
- • You will join a dynamic, collaborative team of consultants, technologists, and subject matter experts within ICF’s Technology and Digital Solutions practice, where cross-functional teamwork, innovation, and client-centric delivery are core values. The team operates with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and professional growth is actively supported through mentorship, training, and exposure to high-impact public sector and commercial projects.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce administration and configuration, strengthen your project management and stakeholder engagement skills, gain experience working with regulated industries and government clients, and build a portfolio of successful technology implementations that demonstrate your ability to drive tangible business outcomes—positioning you for advancement into senior project management, solution architecture, or Salesforce specialization roles within ICF or the broader technology consulting market.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, or project management, including hands-on work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders across organizational levels.
- • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary range of $74,090.00 - $125,954.00 based on full-time employment, experience, skills, and location.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans with options for flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs).
- • Generous paid time off (PTO) including vacation, sick leave, and company-observed holidays.
- • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions to support long-term financial security.
