Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives that accelerate Array’s mission to democratize financial innovation. You will orchestrate cross-functional squads—spanning engineering, product, compliance, sales, and customer success—to deliver new credit, identity, and privacy products to market on aggressive timelines.
- • Translate high-level OKRs into detailed project charters, sprint plans, and risk registers. You will run daily stand-ups, weekly steering-committee reviews, and monthly retrospectives, ensuring every stakeholder understands priorities, blockers, and next steps.
- • Build and maintain a living roadmap that balances customer commitments, regulatory deadlines, and internal capacity. You will use data-driven forecasting models to predict velocity, flag resource gaps, and negotiate trade-offs with senior leadership before they become fires.
- • Serve as the single source of truth for project status across a fully remote organization. You will craft concise executive briefs, Slack updates, and Notion dashboards that surface green-yellow-red health metrics, budget burn, and customer impact scores.
- • Drive rigorous quality gates—from SOC 2 controls to PCI-DSS compliance—so every widget and API release meets bank-grade security standards. You will partner with legal and infosec teams to embed policy checklists into Jira workflows and automate evidence collection for audits.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement. You will run blameless post-mortems, codify lessons learned into playbooks, and roll out lightweight process tweaks that cut cycle time without adding bureaucracy.
- • Cultivate external partnerships with credit bureaus, identity-data vendors, and fintech integrators. You will negotiate SLAs, coordinate sandbox testing, and manage go-live cutover plans that turn third-party dependencies into seamless customer experiences.
- • Mentor junior project coordinators and scrum masters across time zones. You will design onboarding curricula, host lunch-and-learn sessions on Agile at scale, and provide real-time coaching during high-stakes launches.
- • Measure what matters. You will instrument OKR dashboards that tie sprint outputs to revenue lift, customer NPS, and churn reduction, ensuring every story shipped moves the business forward.
- • Stay ahead of regulatory and market shifts—think CFPB updates, open-banking mandates, and BNPL trends—so Array’s roadmap remains three moves ahead of the competition.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on project or program management experience in fintech, SaaS, or API-first companies
- • Demonstrated fluency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Linear
- • Proven track record of delivering multi-month, cross-functional initiatives on time and within budget
- • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives
- • Nice-to-have: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification and familiarity with SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or other financial compliance standards
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote-first culture with quarterly in-person off-sites in top-tier destinations
- • Competitive equity packages that let you share directly in Array’s growth trajectory
- • Annual $2,000 professional-development stipend for courses, conferences, or certifications
- • Flexible PTO policy plus company-wide mental-health days and a one-month paid sabbatical after four years
