This pivotal role is instrumental in driving brand awareness and generating net-new logo demand to achieve ambitious growth targets for 2026 and beyond. You will be a key player in a recently rebuilt team, leveraging an established customer base while focusing on expanding market presence and revenue. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute a strategic marketing plan for a significant geographical area, directly impacting the company's success.
  • • As the Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and strategic. You will collaborate closely with the DACH leadership team and the Senior Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe to co-develop and refine the overarching strategic approach necessary for regional success and exceptional growth. A significant part of your role will involve working with both internal stakeholders and external third-party vendors to bring the Go-To-Market (GTM) vision for the region to life. You will be tasked with the meticulous execution of the DACH plan, maintaining a sharp focus on delivering defined metrics of success and ensuring that all marketing activities align with business objectives. Regular review, refinement, and development of GTM tactics will be crucial to ensure sustained engagement and deep penetration into named strategic accounts. You will partner with the Pan-EMEA Programmes lead to conceptualize and implement vertical or use-case-led GTM plans, specifically designed for Account Executives targeting an enterprise audience through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, including 1:Few and 1:1 approaches. Providing articulate feedback on campaign performance, conducting thorough analysis of successes, and outlining clear next steps will be a continuous process. You will actively participate in quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), presenting comprehensive reports on successes achieved and detailing future strategies and tactics. Furthermore, you will assume full responsibility for budget management and procurement processes, ensuring rigorous auditing, accountability for budget spend, and effective overall management of financial resources allocated to field marketing activities.
