- • Ping Identity is seeking a proactive and innovative Field Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding Southern European (SEU) team, focusing on driving net new logo demand and enhancing brand awareness across Spain and Portugal. This role is pivotal in supporting the SEU region's ambitious growth targets and contributing to the company's mission of making digital experiences secure and seamless for all users. As an integral part of the marketing function, you will collaborate closely with the SEU Sales organization and pan-EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to develop and execute strategic, integrated GTM plans that generate qualified pipeline and foster exceptional growth.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing the regional marketing plans for Spain and Portugal, with a sharp focus on achieving key metrics of success. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to bring our Go-To-Market vision to life, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. A significant part of your responsibility will involve reviewing, refining, and developing regional GTM tactics on an ongoing basis to maintain and deepen engagement with strategic accounts. You will also partner with pan-EMEA marketing leads to create and implement vertical or use-case-led GTM plans, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts (1:Few, 1:1) where appropriate for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Furthermore, you will provide articulate feedback on campaign performance, conduct success analysis, and recommend next steps for optimization. Your role will also encompass supporting budget and procurement processes, ensuring accountability for budget spend and effective management.
