  • • Ping Identity is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic UKI marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the UKI region's aggressive growth ambitions and net-new targets for FY26. You will be instrumental in driving revenue outcomes by building and executing integrated, multi-touch campaigns that resonate with our enterprise audience and influence pipeline generation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a mature yet rapidly expanding market, working closely with a high-performing sales organization and Pan-EMEA Go-To-Market teams.
  • • As a Field Marketing Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and impactful. You will collaborate closely with the UKI Field Marketing Manager and the broader marketing function to develop and refine the strategic approach for regional success, focusing on exceptional growth. A key part of your role will involve working with internal stakeholders and external third-party vendors to bring our Go-To-Market vision to life within the region. You will be responsible for supporting the development and executing the marketing plan, with a sharp focus on delivering measurable metrics of success and driving qualified pipeline. This includes supporting the UKI Field Marketing Manager on various pipeline-generating tactics as needed, ensuring continuous engagement and deep penetration into our strategic accounts through regular review, refinement, and development of regional GTM tactics. You will also partner with Pan-EMEA marketing leads to create and execute vertical or use-case-led GTM plans, specifically tailored for Account Executives targeting an enterprise audience through ABM (Account-Based Marketing) 1:Few and 1:1 strategies when appropriate. Providing articulate feedback on campaign performance, conducting analysis of success, and outlining next steps for optimization will be crucial for continuous improvement and strategic adjustments. Furthermore, you will play a role in supporting budget and procurement processes, ensuring accountability for budget spend and effective management.
  • • You will be an integral part of Ping Identity's innovative and forward-thinking marketing function. Working within the UKI region, you will collaborate closely with a growing and high-performing enterprise sales organization that has significant pipeline expectations. You will also engage with Pan-EMEA Go-To-Market teams, fostering a collaborative environment to implement a unified and strategic GTM plan. Ping Identity is a global leader in intelligent identity solutions, enabling secure and seamless digital experiences for users worldwide. Our culture champions individuality and empowers employees to bring their authentic selves to work, fostering an environment of digital freedom. We serve over half of the Fortune 100, demonstrating our commitment to providing robust cybersecurity and identity and access management solutions to the world's largest enterprises.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact revenue generation and develop your skills in strategic marketing campaign execution. You will gain in-depth experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly within the SaaS/software/IT sectors, and hone your understanding of pipeline metrics and revenue impact. You will learn to effectively partner with sales teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage integrated marketing plans. The role offers a chance to refine your analytical and problem-solving skills through campaign analysis and budget management. Furthermore, you will develop resilience, drive, and an execution-focused mindset, essential for success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will also contribute to Ping Identity's mission of changing how businesses approach cybersecurity and digital identity, while growing your career within a supportive and collaborative global organization.
  • • This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified pipeline and drive revenue growth within the UKI region. This involves understanding the nuances of the enterprise market, identifying key strategic accounts, and tailoring GTM strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences. Your ability to analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and adapt strategies based on data will be critical. You will also be involved in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accountability for spend. The collaborative nature of the role means you'll be working closely with sales teams, understanding their needs, and aligning marketing efforts to support their objectives. This includes leveraging ABM tactics for targeted account engagement. The role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to be a self-starter, taking initiative and operating independently while also being a strong team player, contributing to the collective success of the marketing and sales organizations. The ultimate goal is to contribute to Ping Identity's aggressive growth targets by effectively executing marketing strategies that demonstrably impact pipeline and revenue.
