• • The Project Controls Commercial Analyst role at Iron Mountain is critical to ensuring financial accuracy and timely delivery of construction projects across the EMEA region by managing end-to-end commercial processes and supporting project governance.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full Purchase Order lifecycle, reconciling invoices, processing vendor payments, collaborating with Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, and external consultants, and maintaining compliance in systems like Oracle, Tririga, and Procore.
• • You will join Iron Mountain’s Design & Construction (D&C) team, a high-performing group dedicated to delivering world-class infrastructure through disciplined project management and financial oversight in records management, data centers, and sustainable construction.
