  • • The Project Coordinator role at PAR Technology Corporation is a 3-month contract position focused on coordinating POS hardware and software implementations for Quick Serve and Fast Casual restaurants, playing a critical role in ensuring seamless technology deployments that support PAR’s mission to empower restaurant brands worldwide.
  • • Day to day, the Project Coordinator will represent PAR in customer-facing project meetings, serve as the single point of contact for client deployments, schedule implementation events with customers and vendors, coordinate equipment shipments, maintain communication with customer representatives and internal teams, collaborate across departments to resolve concerns, and provide oversight for installations under the guidance of the Manager of Installation Services while working core hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with flexibility.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator
  • • 2+ years in customer-facing roles
  • • Ability to work across multiple teams/business units in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines
  • • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • • Excellent organizational skills
  • • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), SharePoint, and Monday.com
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and timelines for multiple complex implementations simultaneously
  • • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • • High attention to detail and effective time management
