📋 Description

• • As a Project Coordinator at Air Apps, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations across teams, coordinating tasks, tracking initiatives, and maintaining momentum on multiple workstreams to support the company’s mission of creating the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP).
• • You will coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks, support project execution by updating and managing task tracking systems—particularly Jira—with high precision, ensure timely follow-ups and task closures, organize documentation and dashboards, assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, flag potential blockers, and identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve coordination processes.
• • You will join a family-founded, self-funded company with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco, serving over 100 million users worldwide, where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, onsite environment in Lisbon, reporting directly to the CEO.
• • In this role, you will develop expert-level Jira mastery, strengthen cross-functional communication and organizational skills, gain exposure to high-impact product development cycles, and contribute directly to operational excellence in a scaling tech startup, positioning yourself for growth into senior operations or project management roles.
