• • As a Project Coordinator at Air Apps, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across teams by coordinating tasks, tracking initiatives, and maintaining momentum on multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing task tracking systems—especially Jira—with precision, organizing documentation and dashboards, preparing reports for stakeholders, identifying and resolving blockers, and continuously improving coordination processes.
• • You will join a family-founded, self-funded company with a mission to build the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP), operating from offices in Lisbon and San Francisco, with over 100 million downloads globally and a culture focused on innovation and impact.
• • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in Jira administration, cross-functional project coordination, and operational reporting, while gaining direct exposure to executive leadership and contributing to scalable systems that support global product growth.
