  • • The Project Coordinator role at Precision Medicine Group supports projects from initiation through completion, helping to keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on track while ensuring quality standards are met. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in project management within a collaborative, remote environment.
  • • Day to day, the coordinator will support daily project activities including timeline management, status reporting, hot sheets, and project routing; assist with Workfront tasks such as project setup, tracking, and reporting; support budget tracking and reporting in partnership with PM, Account, and Finance teams; and help schedule and facilitate internal meetings while delivering proactive updates on timelines and resourcing.
