• • The Project/Course Delivery Manager – L&D role at Riveron Consulting is responsible for managing the execution and implementation of learning programs, ensuring timely delivery, coordination across stakeholders, and smooth rollout of learning initiatives.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality training programs (including facilitation), partnering with business leaders and SMEs to assess training needs, tracking training effectiveness using feedback and metrics, owning end-to-end implementation of learning programs, developing project plans and timelines, coordinating with instructional designers and development teams, managing LMS deployment and course rollouts, monitoring learner participation and completion metrics, ensuring stakeholder communication, maintaining documentation, and managing multiple concurrent learning initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
